• You retain full ownership of all custom solutions built for your organization
• We may use anonymized, non-confidential details of engagements for case studies unless otherwise agreed

4. Payment

• Payment terms are agreed upon before each engagement
• Workflow Diagnostic: payment due upon delivery
• Automation Sprint and Process Overhaul: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
• Ongoing Partnership: billed monthly in advance

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, processes, and business information as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

AthenaStream provides automation consulting to the best of our professional ability. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

• Custom solutions built for your organization belong to you
• General methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components remain the property of AthenaStream
• Third-party tools and platforms are subject to their own licensing terms
